Famous Enterprises’ Customer Support Center (CSC) opened in June, 2007. Our knowledgeable and friendly team of 30 Famous Supply and J.F. Good Associates specialize in Plumbing, HVAC, Building Products and Industrial applications.
We are proud to say that all calls coming into the CSC are answered “live” by our receptionists. The CSC averages 800+ calls per day throughout the entire Famous Enterprises family of companies.
We are here to provide you with information and real-world solutions so you may better meet your commitments.
Our inside sales Associates assure that all our customers receive world-class service through the processing of orders by telephone, providing pricing and delivery information along with acting as a liaison between the customer and corporate departments.
Associates make outbound calls in order to solidify and solicit new business. In addition, Associates keep abreast of new industry developments and trends by attending training and seminars offered by vendors and service partners.
