2022 Fall Rewards Program Sign-Up Form

  1. Make A Qualifying Purchase To Sign Up.
    During the duration of the promotional period, make an initial qualifying purchase of $500 to sign up for rewards. The initial qualifying purchase must include $500 of products from any participating sponsors (see list of sponsors) and must be on a single invoice. After the initial purchase is made, fill out and submit the online form with the requested information. Once you have enrolled online and your S# has been verified, your Yeti Rambler 12oz Colster Can Insulator will be shipped.
     
  2. Earn Points.
    All qualifying purchases (including initial $500 buy-in) will accumulate Points throughout the duration of the promotional period.

    $1 = 3 Points
    $1 = 5 Points with app and/or online famous-supply.com order;

    Monthly point totals and final earned points will be communicated via email.
     
  3. Redeem Rewards.
    If you earned Points by buying the minimum purchase amount, you will be sent an email with a link to the Points Redemption Reward order form. Please allow 6-8 weeks for reward distribution.
