When your commercial water heater needs to be replaced, Famous Supply has you covered. Our Bradford White delivery program is built to handle job sites of all types, offering flexible scheduling, professional delivery, and old tank removal so you can get back up and running fast.
IF YOUR LOCATION HAS STEPS OR LANDINGS:
For job sites with steps or landings, our driver will deliver the new water heater and a tank dolly to the curb.
Delivery fee: $150 during business hours | $300 after hours or on weekends
Step 1:
Sign the standard 24/7 delivery packet along with dolly waiver when you request your delivery.
Step 2:
Then, your team will be responsible to uncrate the new unit and use our dolly to move it into position.
Step 3:
Once complete, place the old tank curbside and we’ll pick up the old tank and the dolly.
IF YOUR LOCATION IS EVEN GROUND (one story, no steps):
For single-story, level locations, Famous Supply will deliver your new water heater and haul away the old one - simple as that.
Delivery fee: $300 during business hours | $400 after hours or on weekends

Complete the 24/7 delivery packet when you request your delivery.
Step 2:
We take care of the rest, delivery and removal included.
